CMS/TennetSoft is providing the tenant(s) the ability to make their online rent payment(s) & the TENNET user(s) the optional ability for their tenant(s) to make their online rent payments, & is not responsible for the receiving/depositing of rent payment(s). CMS/TennetSoft may not be held liable for any mistakes or mismanagement of rent payments received & subsequently deposited into Landlord(s) Merchant bank account(s) by Qira, its personnel or affiliates in any way, shape or form.
